Tortilla machine working principle
The machine has two sets of rollers, which press corn dough into smooth sheets of appropriate thickness, and then cut the sheets into desired size tortillas through the moulding rollers. As the roller rotates, the remaining corn dough and sheets are automatically recovered and reused without any waste.
Features
- This machine is used to make tortillas. The raw material is corn flour, not wheat flour.
- The thickness of the tortilla and the working speed of the belt are adjustable, and the thickness of the tortilla can be adjusted between 1.5-5mm.
- This machine has two mouldingrollers with non-stick coating treatment on the surface for pressing the shape of tortillas
- The shape and size of the forming mouldand the voltage of the machine can be customized according to customer requirements
- This machine is desktoptype, small in size, light in weight,very easy to move
- The machine can make tortillas of different sizes by changing the mould.
